if we use a upside down airfoil for the horizontal tail, will this reduce the trim drag?
In my mind, trim drag is resulting from the defection of control surface in level flight, but if we remove this and just have and upside down airfoil producing enough lift at 0 angle of attack to offset the moment from the main wing, drag can be reduced?
