Hello,
I am writing this for a friend who acquired a cam 100 experimental aircraft engine as part of another purchase. it uses a honda-based engine. it was made in the mid-late 90's by Canadian Airmotive, inc of Delta, BC, Canada. It includes the propeller flange and reduction drive unit. it has a logbook showing a usage of 4 hours and 29 minutes in 1997. it was acquired from the original owner who was retiring.
It is located in Helena, Montana and is being offered for sale.
New this sold for about $6500-$7000.
What is a reasonable asking price for it today?
