I have build my Pitts spars with laminated spruce.Three to four .25" layers (depend of the spar thickness) glu with T88.All was perfect up to when I drilled the spars to install the .75" pin tubes where goes the bolt which hold the flying wires.I used a .75" hole saw.For one spar,I have the wood part who came inside the hole saw in three parts. The glu is there, but didn't penetrating the wood.Big question..what I can do?!!!
