I have a source for a liquid cooled Kawasaki 440 twin, wondering if anyone has used one in an aircraft before? My dad currently has two for his F500 race car, one of which has probably 15-20hrs on a bottom end rebuild (He's pulling it out for a newer Rotax with 10-15 more HP)
I'm trying to evaluate if I should try & grab them before he does something else with them. I'm guessing the LC would be more reliable than an aircooled 2 stroke, and wondering if this would be a viable option for something small like Affordaplane, Hummelbird, etc.
