What is the forum's opinion of the altitudes at which oxygen should be used and where is plain oxygen not sufficient, - pressure cabin? No I don't plan to go near the pressure suit heights.

IIRC the RAF offered oxygen from 8oooft and mandated it from 13000ft. If using a nasal canula for oxygen what flow rate is considered normal? At heights? Is the jet pilot oxygen mask better.

Does anyone carry oxygen in their plane? How much oxygen would be fitted?
