I've been dreaming of a home built 1/5 (ish) scale Avro Vulcan, using four model aircraft turbines. Recently the (UK) LAA has been granted authority to supervise jet engine developments on Permit to Fly.

I'm looking for something fast, two seat probably tandem, that's happy to cruise at 200+mph or so and maybe to 15K feet with oxygen.

Has anyone actually designed or built anything like this -even a delta is seriously odd -only Verhees I think.
