Sadly our Perth Australia Day Skyworks today was cancelled because one of the airshow performers crashed his seaplane into the Swan River. Unfortunately the pilot and his wife did not survive the crash, may they rest in peace. It looks like it was a Mallard, but the news have not confirmed it. A reminder to pull the power back immidiately when one engine fails in a twin, although easier said than done...
