I have a "full size"model in XFLR5 that looks good.

Then I am trying to create a 1/8th scale model, also in XFLR5. Things look OK, but the stability is horrible. I think it has something to do with the moments of inertia, as described in this paper.

The paper says something about distributing masses around the CG, but I don't understand what it is you are supposed to do. I have the moments of inertia from the "good" model, but then how do you translate those to the 1/8th scale to get similar stability performance?
