Alright, simple enough question: the goal is to bring the build time of an experimental amateur built aircraft as low as possible. We know that the builder must accomplish at least 51% of the building tasks to get the plane signed off so you can't just ship a finished plane without wings in one box and finished wings in the other. What would a powered plane have to look like in order to bring that time down as far as possible and what do you estimate that build time to be?

Oh, and this is really just a discussion/thought experiment so feel free to go wild with your ideas.
