i have access to a commercially welded 2 seat fuselage, that fits the light sport category.
i must build a new set of wings, landing gear, tail feathers, etc.

would this meet the 50% rule, i think it would but what would i call it, since the Fuselage is from a known design.

or would it be what ever i call it, since it does not fit an original type certificate / factory build designation.
