I'm working on a cross-shafted multi-rotor design.
Trying to adapt an arctic cat 800 ho engine, and I for some reason I don't think it's a good idea to use the CVT clutch system. Does someone make a centrifugal clutch with a 30mm taper? If not then would anyone suggest a good centrifugal clutch for a 160hp engine?
Also, I'm trying to figure out where to put the sprag clutch. I'm thinking crank -> centrifugal clutch -> timing belt -> sprag clutch -> prop shaft.
Or should it be crank -> centrifugal clutch -> sprag clutch -> timing belt -> prop shaft?
Thanks!
