Can anyone tell me where to source the following threaded insert? See attached image.

I was was given one of these during a visit of the Glasair factory. They are used by drilling a hole in the composite, filling the hole with epoxy, and pressing the insert into the hole while allowing the excess epoxy to ooze out. Glasair uses them on the door hinges of the Sportsman.
