Made a small dia tube bender for elevator or rudder trailing edge. Make from heavy steel angle and weld 2 -- 1/2 steel rods ( could use old bolts) about 3- 4" apart. Bolt to your work bench with all of the bolts sticking over the edge of the work bench. Lay out the shape of the trailing edge on the top of the table and bend to match. Used to bend the trailing edge for several homebuilt 4130 steel tube airplanes. Simple and easy to use. Just put the 4130 tubing over one pin and under the other and up against the heavy steel angle and shove down for a slight bend. I make marks on the tube every 1 "- 2" and bend on the marks.
