As far as I can tell in my research here and elsewhere, it is perfectly legal to N-number a still-legal Part 103 aircraft into a ESLA. And later, change the same plane back to a legal Part 103 (still weighing 254 lbs or less) without any hiccups at all, correct?
The latter part being as simple as painting over the N-number and bringing out the bathroom scale, correct?
