While we've provided EFI components and electronics for Lycoming engines for over 15 years, recent increased demand has led us to develop more components in house to make installations easier for customers. We've just completed a new series of CNC'd parts for the 4 cylinder Lycomings so we can offer everything from the throttle body, magneto and fuel pump block off plates, CHT and IAT adapters, crank sensors and sensor mounts, automotive spark plug adapters, injector bosses (both top and side feed variants) plus our dual fuel pump module introduced last year and engine mountable coil packs.

As far as the electronics go, we can do fuel injection only, electronic ignition only with our CPI kit or integrated fuel and spark control with our EM-5 ECU. We can offer single or dual systems as well.

This is the lightweight throttle body setup for Lycoming fours up to 200hp. 60mm, direct bolt on (no adapters required) for horizontal or vertical induction. Linkage parts are anodized 7075T6, hex drive and arms available for H or V setups. Weight, just over 1 pound including TPS. Also shown in this photo is the IAT sensor adapter designed to mount to the airbox on RVs with AN3 bolts.

We'll have a couple of RVs flying soon locally to showcase the fuel and ignition installations. I'll post some more photos and details as those projects progress.
