Hi,

My name is Rick, 35 Years old and I live in the Netherlands. My wifes uncle owns a Ultravia Pelican which he built himself (it's a kitplane) and after 10 years we are overhauling it in the garage. We trailered it home from the airport. Always strange to see an airplane on the highway ;-)

Since i'm an electrical engineer my help was very welcome. I did wiring, installed new lights (strobes and Nav), need to install a new radio and so on.

I will make a topic here from the overhaul.

This is the plane:

I'm also a air geek and hope to get my PPL one day. Here are some short movies of my aviation adventures: https://www.youtube.com/user/xtcfm/videos
