Blue skies & tailwinds, everyone. My name is Kent. I’m retired and a member of EAA Ch.261at New Orleans Lakefront Airport. Not building presently (airplanes, anyway) due to the hurricane devastation to our area five months ago. Have ordered a set of “AffordAPlane” plans to start with; maybe get to them in six months, or so, when I’m not needed to help family, church members & friends rebuild businesses & houses (not to mention new workshops). Having a project like this will help to keep my mind off of the shear volume of work left to be done yet... (I feel like a field mouse staring at 100-lbs of cheese on my plate, knowing that the only way through it is one bite at a time.) “IF you’re going to dream, it might as well be in color!”
