Hello everyone,

I first joined this group back in 2008, but have been out of the loop. Now that I'm beginning a build, I'm happy to be back in the game!

I'm currently building a Barrows Bearhawk, and will be starting an all-wood Super Cub replica build with my son in fairly short order.

A bit of research I've been doing on the site over the past week shows me that there is a lot of talent in the group, a lot of folks designing their own aircraft, and a lot of technical know-how. I especially appreciate that the the "experimental" spirit is alive and well here, and others aren't looked down upon for desiring to improve or modify a design to meet the builders' needs. This typically isn't the case in "type club" forums.

I'm looking forward to learning from all of you and joining in the adventure!

Best regards,
Chris
