I saw on the news that there was a crash of a twin Piper in southwest Kentucky yesterday.

A 7 year old girl was the only survivor and walked a mile through the woods at night to get help. 3 (or was it 4? Didn't catch if it was 4 people killed or there were 4 including the girl) other people in the plane were killed, including both of her parents.

Pictures taken later showed the plane upside down in the woods.
