Hey everbody

Supplied with my Avid Plus is Loctite 9460 epoxy for the assembly of the wings. The construction manual says to mix it 3 to 2 and use Dow Corning Primer coat on all the aluminum for best adhesion. Well at $20 a pint I wanted to make sure it was needed. I called Loctite and come to find out the mixing ratio is 1 to 1. Loctite wasn't sure what would happen with the epoxy by changing the mix ratio. Plus they weren't sure a primer coat is needed. So I need to do some more research on this.

I'm attaching the tech sheet for the Loctite in case you're using it.
