I had a number of people ask this year at Osh what it would cost to get into an OA welding setup for their project. A quick look came to some very pleasing numbers. Using the uniweld/ameriflame 71 torch, Sellstrom 16606B welding lens (good for all materials) etc, total cost was about $350 with the portable cylinders, and about $550 with "shop" size cylinders.....all USA made stuff....not to shabby eh?
