I have gathered the ff. data using the ff spans:

Given the ff:
empty wt: 150lbs
max payload: 220lbs

3 meters
3AR; 3sqm
2AR: 6sqm
1AR: 9sqm

Wing loadings
3AR: 11.47 lbs/sqft
2AR: 5.74 lbs/sqft
1AR: 3.82 lbs/sqft

span^2/wt = 0.0535587
3.5 meters
3AR: 4.095sqm
2AR: 6.125sqm
1AR: 12.25sqm

Wing loadings

3AR: 8.40 lbs/sqft
2AR: 5.62 lbs/sqft
1AR: 2.81 lbs/sqft

span^2/wt = 0.0728993

Given my IOC's (4m wide road, 30m useable length, tight constraints, lots of climb, capable of landing on a full parking lot without collateral damage, foldable to fit the average parking space, rugged.) , a rectangular/square platform, and considering 3D effects, Which wing should i go for?
