Hey all,

I'm at it again. I believe I am close to the final configuration for my Badger project. I would appreciate your input, especially on the tail configuration. Also engine and HP recommendations. I don't need a speed demon, maybe around a 135 knot cruise. I'd like to be able to due mild aerobatics.

Tandem 2 Seat
Wing span - 32 ft
Chord - 4.5 ft
Taper - .67
Wing Area - 120
Fin Area - 30 sqft
H-Tail Area - 40 sqft
Flaps - Slotted
MTOW - 1900 lbs
Empty - 1200 lbs
Fuel - 32 gal
Wetted Area - 590 sqft
18 % airfoil - Haven't selected one yet. I'm thinking tube fuselage and sheet-metal wing. But I could also do composite.

It sits a little high on the gear in the drawings. I will probably drop it about a foot. I am also entertaining the possibility of faired fixed gear.

I look forward to your input
