Just curious here, for the sake of discussion what is the very biggest ultralight airplane ever? To set some criteria let's say it has to be sturdy enough to plan to fly regularly AND you must be able to launch and recover it by yourself. That last little bit should rule out the human powered efforts and anything else overly impractical.

There's been too much talk around here of minimizing for no real reason. Let's go the other way for once.
