Hi,
i'm getting through my design work which I intend to be an LSA, however it features a propulsion system that utilises a turbofan engine within the fuselage.
Is it in any way likely to be able to receive an exemption or must it be a single reciprocating piston engine under every and any circumstance?
seems a little odd as I think due to the progression of turbofan and turboprops they will become the norm in the future.
if not I'm going down the ducted fan route but not as confident in that option :/
Thanks
