I don't make recommendations for vendors often, but I just got a custom canopy for my SAL from Airplane Plastics that's nice enough to deserve a plug. I sent an outline of my canopy front bow and rim, along with the angle between the two and a full size outline of how I wanted the side profile to look, and they did a great job. The canopy rested on the bow with no gaps and sat in the rim almost perfectly. It only took a few hours to trim the bottom (they come a little oversize or obvious reasons) and fit it for bonding.

I'll put up a couple of pictures in the next couple of days.
