I am currently looking at the possibility of useing some relatively large displacement sports bike engine such as the engine from a honda fireblade or one of the triumph 955 size bikes such as daytona or tiger. In my eyes these engines seem ideal, they are lightweight, high powered (approx 140hp) and ancillary gear is already designed to be a compact package. Does anyone have experience converting these engines?

Chris.
