I just did my first ever work with fiberglass. I put leading edge wingtips on one wing of my Super Baby Great Lakes. It was made with aluminum, but the seams are sealed with fiberglass. The surface is a little rough and the curves aren't quite as smooth as I would like. Can I use Bondo or something similar to fill in some of the rough spots and get a smoother surface and help give better curves? I could just leave it but figure it'll look a bit rough through the fabric. This is not structural, merely cosmetic. I realize it would be best to have gotten it perfect with just the fiberglass, but that didn't happen. I have three more chances. :gig:
