Roskam notes that the aircraft used for regression lines in his book are mostly made from pre-1986 aluminum alloys. To adjust for this he gives the following ratio of W_new/W_old=0.90 for Al-Li alloys structures. What would this ratio be to adjust the weight assuming an aircraft uses modern aluminum alloys including 2024, 6061, 7075?
