[Topaz: snipped raw image code Something seriously amiss here!]

Sorry to say this as you've put a lot of work into your design but your rotor head is not going to work. For the 'chain drive' to work correctly, you need to: a) Get the roll axis centers aligned. At present you have the 'drive' u/j lower than the rotor-head pivot point. This will result in the chain trying to bend/twist along it length and hence failing. b) When you tilt the rotor fore and aft, the chain drive cog needs to rise and/or lower on the end of it's support arm. This will necessitate a sliding spline system to accommodate that movement. That chain needs to be in perfect alignment with the output shaft at all times. Anything less will be catastrophic. Not wanting to put you down and I hope this helps rather than hinders you. IF I've misinterpreted your design, I apologize.

I like your styling, it seems a lot like something I would have designed...
Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it.
And no, we don't know where it will lead. We just know there's something much bigger than any of us here.
