new guy from australia

I would like to introduce myself.I thought i might log in and show members pictures of my timber airplane .The tail section is only an outline it will be taken off later and built to scale .It would be great to get to know members who are interested in this type of ww2 monoplane.

Re: new guy from australia

Hi Kurt, seems your pictures go all around the world but by-passed Adelaide!!!

I don't see yours, yet others I do. (No interstate rivalry comments guys)

Good luck with your project. I've entertained using the same method for a replica Westland Wyvrn S4. Moved on to other things now.

Fly safe.

Cheers, Doug

Re: new guy from australia

Mockup or not, it's still pretty darn cool. There are probably museums that would love to have it (the workmanship looks very good) and might even pay for it. Ever think of building movie props?

Re: new guy from australia

I thought I saw one in the new G for George display, hanging from the roof. That was 2 years ago.

But I could be wrong.
