I see all these fellow Texans on here and it makes me home sick!!LOL. Anyway, I am in the start up stage of designing my plane. It most likley will be in the light sport class seeing that there is not much avaliable in the UL class for a 6'3" 275lb pilot. It is simular to the A-Plane type construction and size, except the fuselage will be triangular, and have an enclosed cabin. It will be powered by a VW 1800. I am also looking at float options. I have already got some good ideas from reading the discussions here on HBA. I am looking foward to your input as I move foward on my project. I will post more info in the days to come.
