Ultralight that doesn't look like an ultralight...

What all is available out there for someone looking for a true ultralight, but doesn't want something that looks like a traditional ultralight (fabric large wings).

So far I have seen a few, such as the Zipster

and the Micro Mong (both designed by Ed Fisher)

Are these really about the only true ultralight designs out there that look like a traditional airplane?
