A friend recently linked me this new, Oratex UL600, covering system for light planes, that needs no painting nor coatings at all. It's kind of like the iron on stuff the R/C modelers use, only cloth based, colored, U/V proofed, and approved in Europe.

I can't find a USA distributor for it yet. It seems ideal for U/Ls and gliders, where weight is important. I read all the info on it I could find, including the entire covering manual. It sure is quick and easy.
