Hey folks, could any of you give me some background on the single seat T-Bird UL? Here’s what I already know, older design and somewhat heavy so care has to be taken to keep it part 103 compliant. It is said to have a very strong fuselage and design and can be configured as either a conventional or a tri gear. The tube fuselage bolts together instead of being welded. Other than weights and such that’s all I know, I’ve never seen one at a field nor talked to anyone whose flown one. The current company web site provides cost and such on new products but little on older ones. I do have an opportunity to purchase one sans engine but want to know more before doing so. :ponder:

Thanks JK
