Hi, i'm building an FP202. i was planning on using the Hirth f-33, but i'm seeing a lot of bad reviews for it. i've started looking for another engine, looking for something under 50 pounds and around 25 or 30 hp. i don't think i can use a Rotax 277, which the plane was originally designed to use, because i had to use heavier wood in building the plane.

One engine i'm looking at is the MZ-34, would that work?
Also, how do i decide the reduction ratio and prop size?
