Does anyone know what happened to Aerolites?

I have had their Bearcat parasol design in the back of my brain for a long time. Web searches bring up a couple of images, a couple of 1989 Kitplanes articles, a dead website, and an e-mail address - which does not get bounced back as undeliverable, but does not yield a response either. They were apparently displaying at Sun-n-Fun as recently as '03...

If the company folded like so many, does anyone on this board have experience with the Aerolites Bearcat? Any images, three view drawings, etc.?

Thanks for anything...
