This may have been talked about already, however I just came across it last night.

The article mentions the witnesses to the crash noticed no initial sound deviations on takeoff, or other indications to give clue of any impending event. The fact that the plane at about 300 feet of altitiude started a slow turn that continued to 90 degrees IMO indicates the pilot (listed as being 78 years of age) either went unconscious due to a heart attack, or was impaired to the degree that maintining control was impossible. nothing however was mentioned at the time of writing as to the pilot's health or autopsy information etc.
