In the guitar selling world it is often said that you will sell a guitar in the first 60 seconds of someone picking it up... after that it's all about buyer confidence. In searching homebuilts I've encountered supportive companies and some... well, not so supportive. So my question is, how would the members here rate the kit and or plan homebuilt companies out there? Best and worse. I realize how subjective this is, but I was very interested (and ready to buy) a Storch based kit but the manufacturer took two months to get back to me. Needless to say, I lost interest and moved on. Just wanted to hear some opinions... Thanks!
