Supposed you have a wind tunnel with the propeller in the middle of it. Just one propeller, not two contra rotating props.

You test an airfoil.
First you put it up wind of the propeller, and do stall and L/D and Cl measurements.
Then you put the test stand down wind of the propeller, and do the tests again.

How much of a difference would there be?
