Need ideas for kits.

Just a little background on myself;

I'm a pilot and a car mechanic, not some nutball with a wrench who plans to fly to Mars.

I was wondering if anyone could list some kits that might suit my needs. I'm looking for:

All metal construction.

2-seater, if possible.

At least an 80-knot cruise would be nice.

Ability to potenially use an auto engine.
