Cost of building the Colomban Cri-Cri

I have made some rough calculations how much it would cost to build the Cri-Cri. I ended to a 7500 usd, without engines and instruments. Could that be about right, or what do you think that would be right number?

Even though Cri-Cri is small, it seems that it's not a particularly cheap to build.
