Does anyone have any experience with plans for home built airplanes that are sold on Ebay? There seems to be a bunch of them available for less than ten bucks, on a CD format, including shipping.

I'm skeptical and would guess that they are either bootleg copies, plans for designs that are not copyrighted, or from companies that are defunct.

Some of the airplanes mentioned are:

Ultrababy
Polliwagen
SNS-2 Guppy
Peris JN-1
Half Volkswagen Engine Plans

Any information on any one of these, or opinions in general would be appreciated.
