What are some of the tandem seat canard designs?

I know about the Long EZ, but are there other two-seat tandem canard airplanes out there? Are there any plans currently being offered? Any currently being supported with parts?

I have looked at the Open EZ stuff but don't understand how that works (free plans?).

I like the looks of the Cozy 4, but I'm partial to the tandem since I'm wide at the shoulders.
