Hello,

I noticed that demands are high for a light 4-stroke so I decided to start a new thread on the Honda GX 620 conversion I’m working on for a Part103 micro light.

Here are the new Honda GX620 specs we are aiming for.
25 Hp @ 3000 rpm – direct drive –
75 pounds propeller included.
Dual programmable injection/ignition system.

After removing al the unnecessary parts, the engine weight was only 25 kg (55 pounds).
So, 20 pounds left for all the add-ons…

The new throttle bodies are arrived and they are working perfect.
Weight is about 0.84 pounds. Still 19.16 pounds left for all the rest.

Regards Lemans
