Hello all,
For the last week or so, I have been researching components for an emergency blowdown system for my landing gear. The original design on the aircraft used a hand operated valve to isolate the hydraulic system and a made up component using a CO2 cartridge and a piercing valve to open the cannister and inject the CO2 into the system. Not a very user friendly design but from what I understand, it worked quite well. Anybody know of a source for solenoid operated piercing valves? The rest, I can fabricate but those are not easily found.
