I'm pretty sure there was another thread on this, but I can't find it, and I don't recall the conclusion.

What would be the consequences of having a wing spar slightly (13°) tilted from vertical along a spanwise axis? That is, the top of the spar would be behind (chordwise) the bottom of the spar when viewed from above.
