How do I run XFOIL?

I downloaded it, and I think it was extracted to the desktop. But when I try to run it by clicking on the desktop icon, it does not open it. I just get shown the download window and it says I have 40 days to register.

This is how far I got.

I want to see lift/drag data for specific Re and AoA. Most data bases only have extremely small Re which would never be seen in real airplanes. I also want to draw airfoils and then have it show me the pressure distribution above and below the wing. Hopefully it does all that.
