The stabilizer on my design is trim adjustable. How much angular travel should I design for?
I could easily design for 12 degrees but that seems like more than I will need. The elevator is hinged at about half chord.
My plane is a tricycle gear, tandem seat, 1800 lb gross, with 70% span Fowler flaps. So I need and want lots of authority to counter a dynamic CG location and pitching moment.
