I double checked all the jets and other parts in my carbs and I've got them synched as closely as I can by eye but the rear cylinder is running over 100 degrees cooler than the front one. The spark plugs look as they should; the front one is a nice tan (EGTs are about 1125) and the rear one is a dark brown (EGTs are about 1000) The air filters are both clean and besides the temperature discrepancy, the engine seems to be running great.

Any ideas to help me track down why this is happening?
